The season ends

We had our last catering gig of the season last weekend.  The catering season ends in April in Victoria due to the cold season kicking in, that was my realisation over the weekend.  We catered at a lot more gigs this year and increased the amount of plates that went out, as well as raising more money for the temple coffers.

 

In the off season I want to train up a few more cooks and look at the feasibility of getting a trailor/van made up so that we can go to more gigs.  Lets see how we go.

 

Here is a video of a festival we catered at over a year ago, Pyramid Rock.  We catered at this festival over the 2006/7 new year period, although it was not as busy as the previous year which the video below shows.
